Hello Fellow Classmates and Professor Mark,
I am glad it's the weekend on Friday is when we pick up my step daughter so she can have time with her father . I have completed and turned both my 2 page papers for my classes, If i can i like to work ahead .
That was an amazing audio that made my mind and body think it was relaxing, soothing to myself. I find it really interesting that 80% of the blood flow is in our stomach are, or even how much tension are in our legs can make a person have more stress in their life. When looking at the body core and how if by listening to audio an audio recording can make you think and do something by putting the words into a person head as a power of suggestion is quite amazing concept. When you tell your body to do something such calming down can make a person appear peaceful also being aware of your surrounds can make me feel to have more energy I listened to this recording at 9 pm west coast time. I think if you do some sort of meditation, yoga or even Tai chi can make a huge improvement in physical, mind and body. I am going to seriously look into trying tai chi and meditation for one to help me with mine spiritual and physical well being. I am going to do research and find video on YouTube of meditation and tai chi and yoga and see what I can find for my self also my step daughter has adjustment disorder with mixed emotions and she is only 5 and she goes to emotional health and does play therapy and it has helped her I have read meditation, yoga can help I want to learn these so I can teach her to help with her mental state .

Hi Samantha,
ReplyDeleteI think meditation or trying tai chi would be a fantastic way to increase your spiritual and physical well-being. Our mind, body, and spirit are truly connected and I think this exercise did a great job of showing that! I think that sharing this experience and activity with your step daughter could certainly make a difference, good luck!!
